Taiwan machine tool industry has been growing in the direction of high precision and high technique developments, higher accuracy , better functions and stronger machine tools. The most important parts of the machine tool can be divided in to the machine body, roller guide and the controller . Taiwan machine tooling standard has achieved an excellent level closing to the standard of the high quality imported machine tools. However, one of the most important factor of high precision tooling, the cleaning and maintenance grinding of the main spindle has been frequently neglected.
After 1~2 years of usage, the main spindle slanting while spinning would occurred due to the lack of maintenance. The machine tools today are mostly high speed and heavy duty cutting machines. If the main spindle slanting occurred during high speed machining, both the life of the tool cutter and the spindle would be shorten. The accuracy of the part being machined would be directly affected. It is because of lack of long term maintenance and cleaning of the grease dirt, then the slanting occurred. The problem could be solved completely with the automatic maintenance grinding device.
PEIPING PRECISION develop a new product:PP-A1 spindle grinding machine could solve the problems like grease dirt, rust, and spindle slanting. PP-A1 proceeds fully automatic high speed maintenance grinding. The wheels : (1) RED : buffering (2) YELLOW : dirt cleaning (3) GREY : rust cleaning. PP-A1 has speed up to 30,000RPM, therefore it provides quick main spindle maintenance to ensure the machine tool accuracy and lengthen the life of the machine. It also reduce the lost of cutter tools and saves the large amount of cost and machining time.
